Grand Opening of Bob’s Way Recovery CenterWe are excited to invite you to the grand opening of Bob’s Way Recovery Center on March 1st, 2025! Join us for a celebration of hope, healing, and the beginning of a new chapter in substance abuse recovery in Henderson, NC. This special event marks the official launch of our center, inspired by Bob Goodale’s 52 years of sobriety and commitment to service in the recovery community.

The grand opening will feature a tour of our facility, information about our services, and an opportunity to meet our dedicated team. We will also host a ribbon-cutting ceremony and share the vision behind Bob’s Way Recovery Center, which is committed to expanding access to essential recovery services in rural North Carolina.

In addition to therapy services, we host a range of recovery-focused events every day, providing ongoing support for individuals in recovery. These events create a sense of community and help reinforce the skills learned in therapy. They include:

  • 12-Step Meetings: Our center hosts daily 12-step meetings that offer a supportive environment for individuals seeking to maintain or strengthen their sobriety. These meetings are open to anyone, whether they are new to recovery or have been sober for years.
  • Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP) Groups: WRAP is an evidence-based program that helps individuals create personalized wellness plans. In these groups, participants work together to identify their personal goals, develop coping strategies, and create a plan to prevent relapse.
  • Meditation Sessions: Meditation is a powerful tool for managing stress and promoting mental clarity. Our meditation sessions focus on mindfulness and relaxation techniques, which help individuals stay grounded and present in their recovery journey.
